In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have updated our Personal Data Protection Policy. The personal data collected via the www.campinglapeyrade.fr website is processed securely and is exclusively intended for the management of Camping La Peyrade's commercial activity.

1 - COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA 

The personal data we collect is used solely to respond to your requests when you wish to stay at Camping La PEYRADE.
This data is strictly for internal use and accessible only to reception staff, as we place great importance on confidentiality.
We only collect and retain data necessary for processing and invoicing your stays. Legal requirements (e.g. NF525 standard) dictate that invoices must include names and addresses.
Reservation requests made through our online booking system use the interface provided by CTOUTVERT – Secure Holiday and are directly integrated into our management software SEQUOIASOFT / SEPTEO.
Data collected includes:

• First and last names of guests
• Date of birth
• Postal address
• Country of residence
• Email address
• Phone numbers
• Arrival and departure dates

The secure online booking system also processes bank details, which are always encrypted.
SEQUOIASOFT offers additional data collection features, including:

• Client’s native language
• Customer type
• Internal comments from the campsite
• Archive of previous stay dates
• Vehicle registration number

We do not use your data for commercial purposes. It is never shared or disclosed to third parties. However, anonymised statistical use (e.g. for INSEE) may be performed as required by law.
Some personal data may also be collected via email. These are treated with the same care and restrictions. Our professional email is secured with a password, anti-spam filter and antivirus software.

No personal data is collected without your consent.
Currently, we do not send newsletters.
- Cancellation insurance If you subscribe to the cancellation insurance, all collected data must be transmitted to
GROUPE GRITCHEN ASSURANCES. They are solely responsible for processing the data once received.

We ensure our systems are regularly updated to provide maximum security.
- Our website: Our website is secured with HTTPS. You can visit it without providing any personal information.

It may contain links to third-party websites. These are not under the control of www.campinglapeyrade.fr, and we are not responsible for their content or communications.

We monitor website performance with Google Analytics to improve user experience, but do not collect personal identifiers such as name or address.

2 - STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

We store your personal data in compliance with legal retention periods (e.g. invoicing data for 10 years from our fiscal year end on December 31). After that, all data is deleted.

If you return within this period, stored data allows us to simplify future bookings and invoicing.

We strive to keep data accurate and up-to-date and respond to correction requests.
Paper records are stored securely, and digital files are backed up daily by our team.

Only the information you provide directly (email, website, phone) is retained.
In case of online payment, bank details are temporarily visible only to complete the transaction and then immediately deleted.

Printed reservation records are kept throughout the season for potential government inspections, stored in a secure area accessible only to the site manager.

3 - YOUR RIGHTS 

In accordance with data protection laws, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your data at any time.
- Right of access You may ask if we hold information about you, and if so, to receive a copy.
- Right of rectification You may request correction of any incorrect information at any time.
- Right to be forgotten You may request deletion of your personal data unless retention is legally required by French or European law.
